1 : A passport valid for at least six (6) months, with at least two (2) clear visa pages adjacent to each other.
2 : One (1) recent passport size color photograph with a white background.
3 : A completed application form filled-out with a black ink pen or printed (attached).
4 : A notarized letter addressed to the Royal Consulate of Saudi Arabia in by the applicant’s employer in the US,
which confirms the applicant’s position
5 : Filing Enjaz (we will do it )

A copy of the green card or a document confirming legal residence in the US.
