1. Two passport-size photographs (2×2 inches). Photograph quality requirements

2. Passport (valid for at least the next 6 months).

3. Business letter from a Thai employer with letterhead explaining purpose of visit, name of company/organization/mission, and address in Thailand.

4. Business letter from current employer.

5. A copy of airline ticket or confirmation slip with flight no., date of entry and name.
