Saudi Arabian Family Visa Requirements

  • One completed and signed Application and Declaration in blue/black ink.
  • Original Passport with at least six (6) months of remaining validity and two (2) adjacent blank pages. (If your passport does not meet the requirements, please contact us for a passport renewal).
  • Two (2) recent passport photos (with a white back ground). (attached)
  • Invitation letter from a Saudi host company approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the Chamber of Commerce.
  • Copy of the host Iqama card.
  • Copy of the birth certificate for all children
  • Copy of the marriage certificate for all adults.
  • IF CHILDREN ONLY TRAVELLING WITH ONE PARENT, AN AUTHORIZATION LETTER FROM THE PARENT NOT TRAVELLING WILL BE NEEDED. AS WELL AS A COPY OF THEIR ID. Please have this notarized.
  • Enjaz payment slip which is a requirement by the Saudi Embassy (this will be completed by Royal Visa).
  • Prepaid return UPS or FedEx label
