Requirements per person

One completed and signed Application and Declaration in blue/black ink.
Original Passport with at least six (6) months of remaining validity and two (2) adjacent blank pages. (If your passport does not meet the requirements, please contact us for a passport renewal).
Two (2) recent passport photos (with a white back ground). Photograph quality requirements
Invitation letter from a Saudi host approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the Chamber of Commerce.
Letter from the principal traveler requesting the addition of immediate family members to his/her visa.
Copy of the valid Saudi visa of the principal traveler.
Mother’s or Father’s copy of passport.
Minors (under 18 years of age) travelling alone or with one parent must submit a notarized letter of authorization, in either in Arabic or English, signed by both parents or legal guardians.
Enjaz payment slip which is a requirement by the Saudi Embassy (this will be completed by Royal Visa)
Prepaid return UPS or FedEx label (address should be from sender to him/herself).
Copy of the birth certificate for all children.
Copy of the marriage certificate for all adults.
