Umrah Visas
1. One completed and signed Application and Declaration in blue/black ink.
2. Original Passport with at least six (6) months of remaining validity and two (2) adjacent blank pages. (If your
3. passport does not meet the requirements, please contact us for a passport renewal).
4. Two (2) recent passport photos (with a white back ground). Photograph quality requirements
5. Enjaz payment slip which is a requirement by the Saudi Embassy (this will be completed by Royal Visa).
6. Copy of a Birth Certificate (for children only).
7. Report of Meningitis vaccination. Must be ORIGINAL.
8. Prepaid return UPS or FedEx label (address should be from sender to him/herself).
9. Copy of the itinerary/ticket reservation.
