Saudi Arabian Residence Visa Requirements

- One completed and signed Application and Declaration in blue/black ink.
- Original Passport with at least six (6) months of remaining validity and two (2) adjacent blank pages. (If your passport does not meet the requirements, please contact us for a passport renewal).
- Four (4) recent passport photos (with a white back ground) for all adults; one (1) per child.
- Invitation letter from a Saudi host company approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the Chamber of Commerce.
- Copy of Iqama card for the Sponsor in Saudi Arabia
- Three (3) Medical Reports for all applicants over 15 years of age. The report must be completed in its entirety and signed by a doctor. The doctor must affix his/her office seal on the report.
- Three (3) original Lab Results.
- Copy of birth certificates for all child applicants.
- Copy of immunization records/certificates for all child applicants.
- Copy of marriage certificates for all adult applicants.
- IF CHILDREN ONLY TRAVELLING WITH ONE PARENT, AN AUTHORIZATION LETTER FROM THE PARENT NOT TRAVELLING WILL BE NEEDED. AS WELL AS A COPY OF THEIR ID. Please have this notarized.
