Saudi Arabian New Born Visa Requirements
- One completed and signed Application and Declaration in blue/black ink.
- Original Passport with at least six (6) months of remaining validity and two (2) adjacent blank pages. (If your passport does not meet the requirements, please contact us for a passport renewal).
- Two (2) recent passport photos (with a white back ground).
- Mother’s original passport.
- Copy of father’s passport.
- Original birth certificate of new born.
- Copy of parent’s marriage certificate.
- Copy of husband & wife’s Exit & Reentry Visa.
- Copy of husband & wife’s Iqama Card.
- Enjaz payment slip which is a requirement by the Saudi Embassy (this will be completed by Royal Visa).
- Prepaid return UPS or FedEx label
