Saudi Arabian Government Visa Requirements

- One completed and signed Application and Declaration in blue/black ink. HINT: Fill out the application to the best of your ability. QUALIFICATIONS means your highest attained degree. LEAVE BLANK the part where it asks for Relationship of your dependents. DO NOT neglect to sign and date your application and declaration
- Original Passport with at least six (6) months of remaining validity and two (2) adjacent blank pages. (If your passport does not meet the requirements, please contact us for a passport renewal).
- To avoid any delays, please email in copies of the passport and invitation. We will review it to make sure the passport numbers matches the invitation letter.
- Two (2) recent passport photos (with a white back ground).
- Invitation letter from a Saudi host company approved and stamped by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- Original business letter from you or your company stating the purpose of travel, intended dates of entry and the address you will be residing.
- Enjaz payment slip which is a requirement by the Saudi Embassy (this will be completed by Royal Visa).
- Prepaid return UPS or FedEx label
