Indian Tourist Visa

Indian Tourist Visa Requirements

1. Valid and signed U.S. Passport (valid at least six (6) months beyond the date of entry; with at least one (1) blank visa page) – photocopy is not acceptable.

2. One Visa Application Form (must be completed ONLINE, printed, then signed).

3. Two (2) passport photos with clear background (Photo service is available at our office). Photograph quality requirements

4. Proof of identity (a valid driving license, government-Issued photo ID, etc.).

5. Copy of birth certificate, or, if born outside the U.S., a copy of nationalization certificate.

Indian Business Visa Requirements

1. Valid and signed U. S. Passport (valid at least 6 months beyond the date of entry; with at least one blank visa page) – photocopy is not acceptable.

2. One Visa Application Form (must be completed ONLINE, printed, then signed).

3. Two passport photos with clear background (Photo service is available at our office).

4. Proof of Identity (a valid driving license, government issue photo I.D).

5. Copy of birth certificate, or, if born outside the U.S., a copy of nationalization certificate.

6. The business letter written on the company’s letterhead and addressed to embassy of India. This letter should indicate the applicant’s name, position in the company, nature of business to be conducted in India, name and address of contact in India, length of stay and the number of entries request.

Important Note

Please make sure the letters from both India and U.S. companies request a one-year, multiple entry business visa. The letters should also both state that the companies are responsible for all expenses incurred by the employee while in India.

For all jurisdictions: The new application for India visas requires two signatures. The application must sign inside the application signature box. Signatures outside the box lines will not be accepted. The visa application form requires a signature on both pages. The applicant must sign under the photo on the first page and at the bottom of the second page.
