• A passport valid for at least six (6) months.
• One (1) recent passport size color photograph with a white background.
• A completed application form filled-out with a black ink pen or printed (attached)
• A notarized letter addressed to the Royal Consulate of Saudi Arabia in by the applicant’s employer in the US, which confirms the applicant’s position.
• An electronic invitation letter from a Saudi company.
• Copy of the Saudi company’s registration.
• Copy of the US company registration (Filing receipt).

• Mailing Passport: We would like to bring to the attention of all
• applicants who send their passports by mail please include a pr-paid return envelope.

For non-US. citizens,
A copy of the green card or a document confirming legal residence in the US.
